Booking Policy

• Booking Confirmation:

  • To secure your reservation, a 100% prepayment of the total booking amount is required.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation request and payment are received.

• Check-in and Check-out Time:

  • Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
  • Check-out: By 12:00 noon (12:00 PM)

• Late Check-out Fees:

  • Before 2:00 PM: 30% of the room rate
  • From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate
  • After 6:00 PM: 100% of the room rate

• Early Check-in Fees:

  • Before 6:00 AM: 100% of the room rate
  • From 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon): 50% of the room rate
  • From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Free of charge

  *Note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and must be confirmed by Kin Hotel / Kin Hotel Edition.

• Guest Policy:

  • Minimum check-in age: Guests must be at least 18 years old. Guests under this age must provide guardian verification to address any arising issues during their stay.
  • Extra Bed (1m2 x 2m): VND 750,000/bed
  • Extra Person: VND 700,000/guest/night

• Child Policy:

  • Under 6 years old: Free of charge (one child per room)
  • From 6 to 11 years old: VND 350,000/child/night (sharing bed with parents)
  • From 12 years old: Considered an adult and will be charged as an extra person

• Other Policies:

  • Pets: Not allowed
  • Smoking: Prohibited in all rooms
  • Strong-odor food (e.g., durian, jackfruit): Not allowed and may result in a penalty charge of VND 3,000,000

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fee - 100% of the total booking amount will be refunded
• Cancellations made between 4-7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded
• Cancellations made within 3 days before arrival: No refund
• Without notice or No-show: No refund
• National Holidays or Festivals: No refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used by the guest. Processing time may vary depending on the provider (e.g., bank, credit card, payment gateway), typically within 21-30 working days.

Airport Pick-up & Drop-off

• Rate per way: VND 700,000
• Reservation: Must be booked at least 5 days in advance

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the service fee will be charged
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the service fee will be charged
• Modification Policy: Reservation changes can be made through the Kin Hotel / Kin Hotel Edition hotline.

  • Please contact the Front Office at least 15 minutes prior to your arrival.
  • All guests are kindly required to present a valid physical ID card or passport upon check-in. If you are staying on behalf of someone else or under a sponsorship, please complete and sign the Sponsor Form at the reception desk.
