KiN Hotel Group Opens NiK Hotel Nguyen Thi Minh Khai in Ho Chi Minh City
Ho Chi Minh City, October 2026. KiN Hotel Group announces the opening of NiK Hotel Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, the newest property under its NiK Hotel brand. Located at 382/1 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ban Co Ward, in the heart of District 3, the 25-room hotel brings NiK’s easy, well-considered way of staying to one of the city’s most liveable neighbourhoods.
The hotel joins NiK Hotel Nguyen Trai and NiK Hotel Thi Sach in Ho Chi Minh City, and NiK Hotel Hillside in Da Lat. Like its sister properties, it focuses on what matters most to today’s travellers: a good night’s rest, a smooth start to the day, and easy access to the city around them.
Tucked into Alley 382 just off Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, the hotel sits away from the noise of the main road while staying close to central Ho Chi Minh City. Tao Dan Park is around 700m away, the War Remnants Museum around 1km, Bui Vien Walking Street 1.2km, Independence Palace 1.3km and Ben Thanh Market 1.5km. All 25 rooms measure 18m² and come in three categories: Superior, Deluxe with window, and Premier with city view, with double or twin bed options. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, comfortable bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a work desk, an in-room safe, blackout curtains, an electric kettle with complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water, and a private bathroom with shower.
Beyond the rooms, guests can make use of a co-working space, a rooftop, self-service laundry (10:00 to 22:00), a 24-hour vending machine and motorbike parking. The 24/7 front desk helps with luggage storage, airport transfers and local tips on where to eat and what to see nearby, making the hotel a comfortable base for both short city breaks and longer stays.
