Policy Details

• Check-in: From 14:00
• Check-out: By 12:00 noon
• Valid ID or passport required at check-in. If staying on behalf of another person or under sponsorship, a confirmation form must be completed at the front desk.

Late Check-out Fees

• Before 14:00: 30% of room rate
• From 14:00 to 18:00: 50% of room rate
• After 18:00: 100% of room rate

Early Check-in Fees:

• Before 6:00: 100% of room rate
• From 6:00 to 12:00: 50% of room rate
• From 12:00 to 14:00: free of charge, subject to availability

*Note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and must be confirmed in advance by NiK Hotel.

Guest Policy

• Minimum check-in age: 18 years old
• Extra Person: 700,000 VND per guest per night, sharing the existing bed without an extra bed

Child Policy

• Child under 6 years old: Free of charge
• Child from 6 to under 12 years old: Charged at 50% of the Extra Person fee
• Children from 12 years old and above: Charged at 100% of the Extra Person fee

Other Policies

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
• Strong-odor food such as durian or jackfruit is not allowed and will incur a penalty of 2,000,000 VND.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than seven days before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations four to seven days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within three days before arrival: no refund.
• Without notice or No-show: No refund
• National Holidays or Festivals: No refund

*Note: Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 21 to 30 working days, depending on the payment provider (e.g., bank, payment gateway).

Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Service

• Rate per way: 700.000 VND
• Must be booked at least five days in advance.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the service fee will be charged
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the service fee will be charged
• Contact Front Office at least two days before arrival for details.
• Service subject to vehicle availability and confirmed payment.
• This service is subject to operational availability.
