VVIP Package Highlights

• Early Sell-Out Notice: The VVIP Package is offered in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
• Exclusive Entrance: Skip the lines and enter through a dedicated VVIP gate. Our staff will verify your identity and escort you to your private VVIP lounge area.
• Priority Seating: Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that table locations cannot be pre-selected or changed on-site.
• Limited Availability: Tables and sofas are limited, and no additional tables can be added during the event.

Entrance Requirements

• Admission is strictly limited to guests aged 18 or older.
• Valid photo identification is required at the entrance.
• Minors will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued and may result in restricted entry.

Refund Policy

Refunds for VVIP Package reservations are not available.

Event Photography & Media Coverage Guidelines

• Only designated media are allowed to take photos or report within any area of the Waterbomb Festival.
• All attendees entering the festival area grant permission for their images and videos to be used by the organizers, promoters, and official sponsors.
• The organizers, promoters, and official sponsors hold commercial rights to all images captured at the event. Attendees may appear on TV, online, mobile platforms, or other media.
• Unauthorized photography or posted content may be restricted or removed by the relevant platform.
• This notice carries legal effect and is subject to applicable regulations.

Attendee Guidelines

• Attendees may be removed from the event for excessive drinking, carrying dangerous items, damaging facilities/venues, or causing harm to others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Use of drugs, sexual harassment, sexual assault, illegal recording, or similar crimes will result in immediate removal without prior warning and may lead to legal consequences. No refunds will be issued.
• Attendees may be removed if they disturb or obstruct other guests.
• Valuables are the responsibility of the attendee. The organizers, venue, and artists are not liable for accidents, theft, or incidents caused by personal negligence.
• Prohibited items: lasers, fireworks, glass bottles, cans, knives, explosives, or other dangerous items.
• Food and beverages are not allowed, except for bottled water.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
• In case of unexpected accidents or health issues, please immediately seek assistance from the emergency booth, information booth, or nearby staff/security.
• The event uses high-volume sound systems and special effects. Pregnant women, elderly attendees, those sensitive to light or sound, or individuals with medical conditions (e.g., seizure/photosensitivity disorders) are strongly advised not to attend.
• If attendance is still desired, a doctor’s note and medical clearance must be submitted to the organizers in advance.
• The organizers are not responsible for illnesses or injuries that occur without prior notice.
