Room Policy
Booking rules
Upon receiving your room reservation request and completing the payment, Kin Hotel will confirm your booking details via email.
Please present your booking information to the Front desk for check-in:
Check-in time: after 14:00
Check-out time: before 12:00
For late check-outs (subject to hotel confirmation and agreement), Kin Hotel will apply surcharges as follows:
- 30% of the room rate for check-out before 14:00;
- 50% of the room rate for check-out between 14:00 and before 17:00;
- 100% of the room rate for check-out after 17:00.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability. Kin Hotel may apply surcharges for early check-in requests.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under 18 years old must provide guardian verification to address any arising issues during their stay.
Extra person surcharge is 400,000 VND per adult. Kin Hotel does not apply surcharges for children under 5 years old (maximum 1 child per room).
Specific regulations for each hotel regarding surcharges for accompanying children are as follows:
1/ Kin Hotel Dong Du:
- Children from 6 to 12 years old: surcharge of 100,000 VND/night/room (sharing bed with parents and excluding breakfast)
- Children above 12 years old: considered as adults and require an additional room reservation.
2/ Kin Hotel Thi Sach:
- Children from 6 to 12 years old: surcharge of 150,000 VND/night/room (sharing bed with parents and excluding breakfast)
- Children above 12 years old: considered as adults and require an additional room reservation or extra bed purchase.
- Cots for infants under 24 months old will be provided based on hotel availability.
Cancel Reservation Rules
If you cancel your reservation at Kin Hotel at least 7 days before check-in, no cancellation fee will be applied, and the full room rate will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before check-in, a cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation within 3 days of check-in or a no-show without prior notice, resulting in no communication from you regarding the cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate will be applied.
For cancellations of reservations made during national holidays or festivals in the current year (as per Vietnamese government regulations), a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room cost will be charged.
After cancellation, Kin Hotel will inform you of any additional services and associated costs, along with the refund amount (if applicable). If a refund is due, it will be processed via bank transfer to the account you provided. The refund period is 15-30 working days (depending on the receiving bank), and you will not incur any fees for this refund process.
